Rivers staying close to home

Austin Rivers, the son of Coach Doc Rivers of the NBA champions Boston Celtics, won't be traveling too far from his Winter Park, Fla., home for college. Thursday morning the 6-foot-3, 175-pound point guard committed to the Florida Gators.  

Four-star Dennis ends recruitment

There have been whispers that Nolan Dennis had ended his recruitment. On Thursday Rivals.com confirmed the news with his mother Carol Dennis.  

Dowell back on the board

Heading into the July evaluation period Duncanville (Texas) High School point guard Reger Dowell has opened up his recruitment after decommitting from Alabama. Dowell now mentions seven schools as potential future destinations.
